Head to the Circuit Center and Ballroom in the Southside on Saturday, November 5 for Animal Friends' Annual Black Tie & Tails: Real Housepets of Pittsburgh event. The night - from 6:30pm to 11:00pm - will be emceed by DVE's Jim Krenn and Gail Buckner from Animal Friends' Board of Directors.
Here is a rundown of the event:
From 6:30pm to 7:30pm is The Benefactor Reception:
"The real housepets of Pittsburgh are putting their paws to the dance floor! Arrive with the cool cats and get an early chance to neb around the silent auction. The Fluted Mushroom will be serving the 'Burgh at its very best, so grab a cocktail and start with the gourmet pierogies."
From 7:30pm to 11:00pm is The Gala Party:
"Everybunny's going to be at the finest affair in Pittsburgh! Tempt your taste buds with a savory spread and our Steel City sliders, but don't miss the vodka sampling station or the legendary cookie table! Mingle with our four-legged guests of honor before it's all paws in the air for the live auction. (Avoid a scandal; sponsor a spay!)"
The Annual Black Tie and Tails will also feature a raffle (Winners will be pulled at random), in which First Prize will be $5,000, Second Prize will be $1,000 and Third Prize will be 4 Steelers vs. Rams tickets (December 24th, Heinz Field, 1:00pm Game, Row BB, Section A Seats on the 20 yard line above the Steelers' bench).
